No more binging and deprivation!

I have always dieted and I mean always! I knew there had to be a better way. I read a book on binging and deprivation and my mindset has been forever changed. I now make sure to eat clean healthy food, but I don't make anything off limits. I run monthly challenge groups based on this technique and am always looking for women who are ready to transform not only their bodies, but their minds too!
