My experience
Well I decided to test this for myself. I was prepared to hate it, to think it was a waste of money...boy was I wrong! Within in days my appetite and cravings had decreased incredibly. I kind of figured it was just a fluke. But it wasn't! My energy continued to soar and if I do skip my shake I could tell! I actually crave it now.
For those of you considering a Beachbody challenge I highly recommend doing the shakes along with the workouts. You will have incredible results and have greater success.
Do you have to be on Shakeolgy forever? No! Many people drink it until they lose their extra weight and then occasionally for maintenance. But many people choose to ultimately make it part of their daily life. For myself I choose to drink it everyday. Like I said before, I like the way it makes me feel and I am willing to sacrifice a meal out or a fancy coffee everyday to have it.
Why is it so expensive? This is so what I thought at first! Then I watched a video on what was in it and the breakdown of its cost. Do you know it cost just over $4.00 a day? Once I calculated the amazing ingredients that are in it against what some of my old options were, it became a no brainier. What do you pay for your daily value meal? Or about a trip to Whole Foods. It would cost hundreds to purchase the ingredients separately.

Whey Protein Source Used in Shakeology
What is the source of protein in Shakeology? Is the whey protein in Shakeology antibiotic-free? Hormone-free? Ion-filtered? Grass-fed?
Chocolate, Greenberry, and Vanilla Formulas:
The whey protein isolate that is used in Shakeology is the highest commercial grade available. At this
time, we do not require that it be organic. Our whey protein isolate is ion-filtered, antiobiotic-free and
BST free. It is not from grass-fed cows.
Vegan Chocolate and Tropical Strawberry:In our vegan formulas, the protein blend contains brown rice
protein, pea protein, along with chia, amaranth, quinoa, and flax. Together, they are a complete protein
containing all 9 essential amino acids including sufficient levels of lysine and methionine, which are often
deficient in vegan diets.
