Step 3: If you haven't already, sign up for a free Beachbody account. Then I will help you decide what challenge pack is right for you.
Step 4: Once you have made the commitment and completed the purchase, I will include you in a closed Facebook group. It is made up of individuals who are doing the same thing as you. This group will motivate, inspire and push you to achieve the results that you never thought possible. Throughout the challenge you can expect:

- Clean eating and healthy recipes

- One on one support from me, your personal coach
- A group of individuals working together to support each other

What is a challenge group?
I heard a couple of misconceptions the other day and so I thought I would share EXACTLY what these groups are.
First what they are not:
-FADS
-Quick fix gimmicks
-Temporary fixes/bandage over the real issue
-Required unrealistic diets
-Overly expensive shakes that make your coach rich...Oh my...yes it's been said
What challenges are:
*Support groups from other women and men who are going through the same struggles as you.
*Shakes yes, but until you have seen for yourself what all the hype is about you really can't pass judgement or use the "I have my own". I am so NOT a shake girl and these have transformed me in so many ways. People say all the time that they are too expensive and when I look at daily what what they do to get the same nutrients I am shocked. They are spending WAY more for inferior products that taste gross. Really? It just makes no sense.
*Nutritional advice coming from the experts at Beachbody. It is a huge misconception that your non certified coach is giving out their own advice. Not true. We don't claim to be nutritionalist. We pass along what we had learned and direct you to diets that came from nutritionalist.
*Endless support without any future purchase required. It's not just a 3 week challenge, it is a support group that you can stay in forever with NO future purchases.
*Your coach available 24/7 for you to share your struggles and victories with.
So the just of this is that these are not quick fix challenges, yes you may see drastic results in three weeks, but for the most part these are starting points to a lifestyle change. I hope all of you are BRAVE enough at some point to give this a try whether it is with me or any other coach. You DESERVE it!
